Our Peace and Paradise

Welcome to Murrayglade, home of the Auckland Sun Club.
Imagine an oasis just 30 minutes from downtown Auckland. You are apparently in the middle of nowhere surrounded by several acres of beautiful New Zealand bush. Native birds including tui, kereru, kingfisher, and fantail accompany you on a meandering bush walk to the banks of a gentle stream.
There are large lawn areas to relax in the sun or watch the children play.
We offer family friendly clothes free recreation in West Auckland's Waitakere Ranges with facilities suitable for all ages.
For over 75 years members have enjoyed this beautiful privately situated club, why not visit us to see for yourself.
We extend a warm welcome to visitors from New Zealand and around the world.

We provide for your enjoyment a spacious heated clubhouse with comfortable lounge area, open fire and full kitchen facilities

The clubhouse is used for socials and has games available, like table tennis, a pool table, darts and others.

Sauna and spa evenings are held every Sunday, and members of other clubs are welcome to attend. You can relax and enjoy the company of others in a totally natural environment.

Anyone is welcome to visit on Sundays between the hours of midday and 5.00pm. A club member will be available to greet you and show you around. The club is open to MEMBERS ONLY over the rest of the week.

• A cabin which sleeps up to three people is available for hire. The cabin does not have power supply or water supply. These facilities are available in the clubhouse. For accommodation enquiries, re camping, caravan, or the cabin, contact the club via the information below
